EIKON WORKS was created as a response.
To the pace. To the noise. To the way sound and image are made to disappear as quickly as they arrive.

A place where the unconventional lives, where abstract textures and experimental forms are given space to exist.

Pronunciation: eye-kon works.

EIKON is the original ancient Greek form of the word that became the modern “icon,” meaning image, likeness, portrait.
WORKS refers to music, film, and creations.

EIKON WORKS is a dual production house, a record label and a film studio. The label focuses on work that exists outside traditional boundaries. Contemporary Classical, Experimental, Ambient, Dungeon Synth, and of course Original Sound Tracks with all the spaces between them.
The studio operates within drama, science fiction, horror, and fantasy.

This is a space for work that is often overlooked. Slow. Meditative. Dark. Cosmic. Deeply expressive.
Work that is not designed to disappear.

The vision for EIKON WORKS began in February 2020 during the preparation for the release of The Earth Opened Wide, a studio album by Skyler Loyd. The project blurred the lines between Contemporary Classical, Experimental, and Ambient, something that made it difficult to place.

It was turned away and described as “outside the realm” of what was considered Contemporary Classical.

That moment made something clear. The problem was not the work, it was the framework around it.

Since then, EIKON WORKS has been built with intention, to create a space where art is not reduced to fit categories and where artists are not asked to simplify their vision to be understood.

The mind of an artist is a vast landscape, filled with memory, story, and emotion. This is where that landscape is allowed to exist as it is.

EIKON WORKS has begun developing a slate of films for late 2026 and early 2027, while also reaching out to artists for future releases under the label.

This is only the beginning.

With the support of a community that values depth, atmosphere, and expression, EIKON WORKS is being built for the long term, to form collaborations, relationships, and work that endures.
